Its a hidden gem. They are currently offering Indian Tasting Menu. I had the lamb biriyani and goat curry with rice. Well the biriyani was kind of just rice mixed with the curry, but the garnishing makes the taste better. Overall good food.

We were walkins and graciously received. Service was excellent. The kitchen was serving a four course menu, with choices for starters and mains, for only $40 per person. We shared summer salad, Thai pork, scallops and Argentine steak.(the pre-starter and dessert were set). Everything was delicious, the helpings were generous, and what a deal! Highly recommend !

We called ahead to find out what was in the menu as we are from out of province & wanted to be sure we would get something we like.
We asked if they had a surf n turf and just a filet mignon buddy said yes so we booked a table.
We get there and it's a 40$ four course menu which if you liked curry chicken and some sort of seafood then great but we didn't. So we ended up just leaving, and at that time all the restaurants in the small town were all closed. As travelers we just went back to the camper and bbq!!! Quite a disappointment.

This place is a gem. I had a sublime lunch there consisting of a wonderful, fresh beet salad, THE best chowder I've ever had and a glass of local wine (surprisingly good). I can't recommend it enough.

A gem of a restaurant tucked away in Shelburne. Who knew such gastronomic treats were available. Excellent food, ambiance and staff. Thank you for a wonderful treat.

Wonderful food prepared from scratch. We had the chicken shawarma plate and the seafood linguine. Both dishes were a treat. The service was perfect and the ambience is warm and welcoming. Definitely recommend!
What bothered us was that tables weren't cleared and cleaned. It's not pleasant having to eat breakfast next to a table that looks like a battlefield

I ate at Charlotte's before it was sold and everything about this restaurant was fantastic. This is my second time eating here since it was sold. The first time was very good. However, this time was a huge disappointment. The dining room is well appointed with a nice ambiance. The servier was okay, but not particularly friendly. We both got the impression that she didn't really like her job. The menu is not particulary interesting. We ended up both ordering the Chicken Shawarma. The flavour of the shawarma was excellent. The chef nailed the flavours. However, beyond that the dish was mediocre at best. The chicken was served on a huge bed of basmati rice. Why so much rice? The roasted potatoes were nice, but didn't really fit with the overall dish. The naan bread was gummy. The salad was a huge disappointment. With so many interesting lettuce varities available these days, why choose iceberg lettuce and include peices of the core? The salad also included cherry tomotoes and goat cheese with a slight drizzle of balsamic glaze. Overall, we felt this dish was a huge failure. I do not recommend this restaurant.
