Excellent dining experience beginning to end ! I would consider this Shelburne's number 1 restaurant. Large portions , amazing food / drinks and the customer service was A1. A gem of a place to eat on the South Shore. We will certainly be back.
We felt gifted to find a place open later then the rest in town that was cozy, fair priced with original dishes. The scallops were cooked to perfection and the deserts were fun and original.

We traveled down from Middle Sackville. We figured Shelburne and Barrington would have a hard summer after such a horrible spring. Blue Nosers gotta stick together. Emerald Light was a suggestion by someone who'd never been. The atmosphere was great, the food was amazing. The flavour combinations were a delicious surprise. Aptly named, The Emerald Light is a real gem.
