I didn't know that when you pay for cream cheese on a toasted bagel that you only receive a whiff of cream cheese. A miniscule pat of cream cheese on one half of a bagel is not acceptable. This isn't an isolated incident but it is the same no matter from which Pictou County Tim Hortons location you order. Do better Tim Hortons. I do not post reviews at all but enough is enough. I simply will not be ordering cream cheese anymore.

10 minutes sitting at drive thru to order, pay at window. Oh we don't have any buns for a sandwich. Okay so a $9 coffee it is. Left with no refund, place has gone downhill consistently. Boycott Tims. Not useful for anything anymore, avoid at all costs, dirty and unorganized

Very disrespectful and not welcoming
Service is excellent. Staff is very friendly and they truly care about their customers. My order is always correct and delicious. It is warm and comfy which is why I love this Tim Hortons and the warm east coast hospitality

Didn't get anything. Waited at the front counter for a few minutes called out "Hello" a couple times. There was a woman working drive thru, I had heard her say her supervisor was in the bathroom, because there was an issue the drive thru customer had. I'm pretty sure the supervisor or whoever was actually outside smoking.

I recently visited this Tim Hortons and had a disappointing experience. Unfortunately, the order I received was not what I had asked for. When I brought it to the staff's attention, the response was indifferent, and no effort was made to correct the mistake promptly. It was frustrating as I expected better service, especially since accuracy is key when it comes to orders.
I hope they can improve the attention to detail and customer service in the future. Until then, I’m not sure I’d be eager to return.
