North Brewing Company - Timberlea Taproom & Retail To Go

Went to this restaurant feeling lower than a snakes belly in a wheel rut. Just wanted some wings and a beer. Our wait staff listened to what we wanted and made recommendations. She even suggested alternatives to what I thought I wanted. She was bang-on with everything and went above and beyond to make our experience even better. Hanna you are an artist to the highest level. I have done your job and I know how hard a job it is but you made it seem effortless. Thank you so much!

Great spot in Timberlea! Awesome beers, service and food! Definitely check it out if you’re in the area :) I got a flight of beers and really enjoyed it! Will definitely be back. You can also pick up beers in cans to go!

We love it here! Excellent tap-list, and the food blew my expectations out of the water for what I've come to expect from most taprooms.

Went for the Dine around NS special and some tasty beers. I'm an IPA person and North did not disappoint with a variety to choose from. Wings on point! Go check them out! Super friendly staff, we will be returning

5 Stars – Incredible Drinks & Dine Around Menu!

North Brewing in Timberlea absolutely delivers! The drinks were top-notch—great selection, well-crafted, and super refreshing. But the real standout was the Dine Around menu. The wings were perfectly crispy, the fries were seasoned just right, the slaw was fresh, and the cornbread? Unreal. Oh, and the mac and cheese? So. Freaking. Good. Easily one of the best meals I’ve had in a while. If you haven’t been, you’re missing out!

Nova Scotian beer owned by Nova Scotians! I ordered a delivery of Pocket 2.5% beer. Happy to find this low alcohol content beer. The delivery was so quick and easy. A great service.

First time last night thoroughly enjoyed the food drinks and our server was awesome.... we will be back! Had the burger and the beef curry both delicious but the curry was the stand out!

Checked out the beautiful North Brewing Company location in Timberlea for some delicious beer and tasty treats. We were even treated to some live tunes by Larry Dauphinee while we dined! Great place with ample seating, friendly staff and great beer! Will return for sure.

North is one of our favorite local spots. They host fun events (the drag shows are wild and I love to see that type of support in our community). We love the atmosphere, food is great, staff is always lovely and the beer is always good - in fact, their sours are beyond the best around and I really hope they start brewing them again. I was definitely a bit disappointed that they haven't offered one recently so.... PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE bring back your sours! I also think their merchandise offered is more stylish then a lot of other similar places. It has a unique surf/beachy vibe that I hope they continue. What's even better is that they offer a 15% discount you can use on merch, if you show your receipt after dining in their taproom! Keep up the great work!

We were so impressed with this place. The food here was incredibly delicious and the service was great. The atmosphere is warm and cheerful and the overall vibe was quite relaxing. We ordered the wings with sweet and spicy sauce, one piece fish and chips, and a beer flight. The wings and the fish were quite possibly the best we’ve ever had. The Brunello beer was our fave. Thanks so much for such a great experience, we will definitely be back for more.
