Used to love hennigars. But we went today and the goldfish were gone, the boat sandbox was gone, a new play structure was there but my children's couldn't climb on it. We were all disappointed :(
Today we packed a picnic lunch and went to Hennigar's Farm Market during our lunch break. I bought some farm fresh groceries.
Then we enjoyed their cute little petting zoo. They have a free will donation box and machines where you can buy animal feed. It was the perfect quick lunch date.

Hennigar's Cookhouse is a charming restaurant known for its delicious fish, offered as fish and chips and in tacos. The fish is perfectly fried with a golden brown batter and served in generous portions. Although it can be a bit greasy, the large portions and delightful taste make for excellent value. The restaurant has a kid-friendly park with ducks and goats, and the customer service is commendable.
