The Real Scoop Ice Cream & Espresso Shop

We were out in wolfville after a doctors appointment today, September 8th around 630pm and decided to treat ourselves and the kiddos to some ice cream. There were two young women working and we were served by the brunette. My partner went to pay and she said that her screen was saying that the payment didnt go through. my partner could see that both the machine and the receipt said that the payment was approved and mentioned that to her. She quickly got very snarky and kept saying "ok, whatever", with eyerolls and gestures which showed she was clearly annoyed. He suggested he check his bank and see if the payment actually went through and she very rudely said "It's ok, I said whatever" (suggesting we'd be getting our ice cream for free). my partner still checked his banking where it showed the payment was successful and when he showed her, she very aggressively gave another "whatever". We were then served our ice cream without her acknowledging us. While we were leaving i told her I would be making a complaint and she laughed and said "for what? me letting you know what was on my screen?" no. for having some weird complex that makes you aggressive Instead of acknowledging your mistake and respectfully moving on. Id prefer to spend that 50$ elsewhere after that experience. This woman shouldn't be working with the public.

Ordered a vanilla milk shake. Was very liquid. The most expensive glass of milk I ever had.

The best icecream, made in house. The reeces peanut butter cookie dough was mixed in instead of typical little chunks of cookie dough, which made the icecream so much better. One of the best ice creams I’ve ever had. The waffle cone was thin enough that it didn’t feel like a lot to eat, not leaving you bloated or overfilled.

Amazing ice-cream, so very original and very accommodating. Sadly, gluten free is not an option but gluten wise is! Highly recommended

Yummm this ice cream is SO fresh and delicious. Waffle cone made fresh. Homemade ice cream… Can’t beat it! Must visit spot if you’re in the Valley! I had the salted caramel and strawberry scoops. So good!
