“My husband and I got married at Lightfoot & Wolfville on September 6, 2025. They’ve thought of everything! This really felt like the closest thing to “all inclusive” - food, bartending, chairs, place settings are all part of the booking here. You can choose to upgrade things like chairs or place settings, but I had no desire to be worrying about those kind of decisions and what they have is very tasteful already. There is a solid backup plan if you have to make any changes related to weather. Your guests can leave their cars overnight and pick them up in the morning. The venue is stunning, so you don’t even need to add much in the way of decor or florals. The menu tasting was so much fun - but be sure to pace yourself, because there is A LOT of food!! We had our ceremony outside, dinner downstairs in the barrel cellar, and the reception upstairs in the bar and lobby area (the outdoor tent is unavailable after Labour Day weekend). Kori Lightfoot is the primary contact for weddings and she is a dream to work with. So responsive and accommodating. Kori and her team go above and beyond to make your day incredibly special. The food is INCREDIBLE!! Our guests raved about it and have continued to make comments about it in the weeks following.“

“I normally love to stop in for lunch but it was very busy. They have done some renovations so the area that was outside to eat at is now an area you can dine in side. It's enclosed with glass walls so you don't the view. Still some space to eat outside.“

“Wow....wow.... The food was absolutely amazing. I had the veggie sandwich of the day with Roasted apples and cheese. I have never ever tasted a sandwich with so much flavor in it ever... it was a delicious combination of flavors with the soup which was a curry/spiced carrot and leak and that was mouth watering too... The wine tasting was delicious and was an awesome experience... will definitely come around again...“

“It was a worthwhile experience to taste a few wines at the winery and enjoy the view of the beautiful Annapolis Valley. The wines tasted different to what you are used to from supermarket wines from Europe, they were fresher and had different flavors. The price was reasonable at 13CAD for three tasting glasses. The outdoor area could be made even more attractive, but the bird deterrent noises were also a bit irritating. (09/2024)“
