I went to eat supper there last night and their food spicy sriracha burger was really good! The staff were friendly and the atmosphere is great. I look forward to going back again
We were there for lunch today and had the haddock special - it was delicious! The fish was fresh and cooked to perfection! We will definitely be back!
We ended up at Gales restaurant on a Saturday night and not too many restaurants are open past seven. I’m I Google what restaurants are open. The food was delicious and the staff are great.

Gales Restaurant serves fantastic food and provides great service. The deep fried haddock and Philly cheesesteak are popular dishes, with the haddock being one of the best. The Caesar salad is also well-made, using Renee's dressing. The spicy sriracha burger is good, but may not be spicy for everyone. The staff are friendly, excellent, and accommodating, with prompt service. The restaurant has a great atmosphere and is very kid-friendly, with lots of vegetarian options and able to cope with dietary restrictions such as gluten free. The prices are reasonable and the food is tasty and fresh. However, the service can be slow, especially during busy times like Saturday nights or morning ferry departures. Despite this, the staff are great and the food is delicious, making it a good option for a meal. The eggnog cheesecake is also outstanding, and the restaurant's central location and accessible parking are added benefits.
