Cliff is the GOAT. Give that man a raise.
Run down on the outside with peeling paint and visible rot and horrible service. One waitress seemed to just be walking back and forth for 15 minutes as she never had anything in her hands coming or going. And the menus, lol, they are struggle menus as they are well used and faded with half of the prices missing from it. Never sen anything like it at a restaurant. I felt embarrassed for them.
Not super impressed with my dining experience tonight at Rudders.
Waitress lacked knowledge of what was available on the menu.
Figured we would treat ourselves to some oysters. They came out on a small appetizer sized plate, looked like they were thrown in there, that I can get over, but if you are going to charge me $3.50 for an oyster, please serve it on some ice make it seem like whoever is working in the kitchen cares about their job. However, some customers have experienced issues with their orders, such as long wait times and disappointment with the amount of lobster meat in the hot lobster sandwich. While the local brews are excellent, the food and value have been inconsistent for some guests.
