Kuugaq Café Reviews
Seemed like a good place to grab a bite. But no one would get in my van for free candy as they came out.
Great food, friendly service, would definitely like to come back and try the lichon and sisig (Filipino dishes), but this trip I really wanted to try something indigenous and the carbon burger was the closest I could get.
The quality food was absolutely delicious, and the servers were super friendly and delightful to speak with. A true local gem!

Kuugaq Café, attached to the Ublu Inn, offers a cozy atmosphere with a direct view of the kitchen. The menu variety is appealing, with occasional rotations to keep things fresh. Prices are fair for the region. The candied bacon burger is a standout, perfectly caramelized with just the right sweetness and moist bacon. Generous portions of fries accompany the meals. Payment is convenient, accepting both cash and credit cards. The overall experience is highly rated for fast service, friendly staff, reasonable prices, and delicious food. The restaurant also offers vegetarian dishes and can accommodate dietary restrictions such as Buffalo Chicken. Customers can use Nift gift cards at the check-out point. Visitors highly recommend the Arctic Char Chowder and Muskox burger.
