“The food at KFC was delicious and satisfying, but unfortunately, I wasn't impressed with the service and atmosphere. The staff seemed overwhelmed and understaffed, leading to longer wait times and less attentive service. Additionally, the restaurant itself felt cramped and lacked a welcoming ambiance, which detracted from the overall dining experience. Perhaps they were experiencing a busy period or staffing shortage, but it left much to be desired in terms of customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the dining area left something to be desired, as tables were not promptly cleared and the floors appeared dirty. Additionally, the lack of adequate seating made it difficult to find a comfortable spot to enjoy our meal. Overall, while the food quality met expectations, the overall dining experience fell short due to these shortcomings in service and atmosphere.“
