We absolutley LOVE our local A&W Restaurant Boulder City, NV !
"Manager" Norma is rude and argumentative. She does not give a good example of how her employees should act. In fact, she encourages them to be rude and unprofessional. I ordered a particular meal combo in which Norma misheard what I asked for. She didn't get the combo OR the side right. Contrary to her claim that she repeated the order back to me, she only asked what I wanted to drink as I ordered quickly. A&W Restaurant offers a small town burger joint feel with great food and tasty drinks. The place is super clean, very retro, and quaint with a friendly and helpful atmosphere. Customers enjoy delicious burgers and outstanding fried cheese curds. It is highly recommended for a satisfying meal, especially paired with their famous root beer float. They have the best fries ever and the staff are always super sweet and kind. The tropical cream is so good.
