We were in town looking at the Hoover Dam we stumbled upon this place and had a really good experience. We had Grilled Ham and Cheese , Tomato Soup and a meatball sub, I am afraid of other peoples meatballs but these were home made and extremely good meatballs one of the best meatball subs i have ever had. The grilled ham and cheese tomato soup was top notch as well. We found out while we were waiting, the place is family owned and run. The owners were there working hard James is also a veteran , I am always happy to patronize family owned and of course veteran owned. you will not be disappointed....
Enjoyed a bite here today. Food was good and portion size was appropriate for dishes ordered. We will be back to try other dishes.

I took the drive out to Boulder City this afternoon on a chance for a good muffaletta sandwich. Well I wasn't disappointed! They've only been open for 6 months so still pretty new. So I had the muffaletta sandwich with two pickles and a bag of jalapeno cheese chips and their pineapple spicy. Margarita. Everything was excellent. I update my review as the owner has corrected. I didn't see that they had bottles of Budweiser products. I was looking for it on tap. All is good and this place is wonderful!

Ordered our beers at the bar. Told bartender we would be outside. She delivered beers & told waitress we needed menus. Waitress never brought them. Had to go in and ask for them. She still never came out to take our orders!! She came out to bring another table a bill & we asked to order. Came back later & informed us they were out of meatballs for the sandwich!! We paid for our beers & left!!

Bebop was one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. Bottomless mimosas! Monee was a great waitress and kept the mimosas full. Great atmosphere, clean place, and friendly people.

Quinoa salad is amazing, as are the smash burgers. Staff super friendly and the music bingo awesome. 🤩
