“Stopped in Caliente on our way home to Canada and ate at Side Track. We both had the basic salad and shared a pizza. One of the best pizzas I’ve had in years. Great place for dinner.”

“The owner KD Hill is the sweetest person in Salado. She has wonderful employees, great beer, clean facilities and always have wonderful entertainment. There are so many things I could say. Just don't want you to read for an hour.”

The atmosphere and Energy is fun, friendly, and comfortable.
If you want to just relax, have a little fun, and aren't really hungry, the Knotty Pine bar and CASINO are always fun of course!! Has a full service bar with dining also available( with seating that's kept separate from the restaurant dining area), pool tables, juke box, and on select nights....karaoke!
But whether I visit the restaurant or I visit the bar, it doesn't matter when I go there, day or night, my favorite and most enjoyable part of each visit is hands down.... THE STAFF!!! GREAT BUNCH OF PEOPLE AND I LOVE ALL OF THEM!!!!
