This place has great food. Go here for flavor not quantity. Expect to spend a while because the food is a bit slow. The drinks are short and expensive that's why they lost a star. About $35 pp with drinks. Updated 3/17/2020 I've dropped this to 2 stars. Went back and got the chili, fish taco and meatballs. Only the fish tacos were edible not great. The chili was way too salty for anyone at the table. The meatballs were cold, tasteless and left an odd film in your mouth. My wife got the Asian spicy taco and it was very spicy and delicious. That's why I'm leaving the 2 star.

I was really excited when I used my find my gluten free app and saw the menu for thIs place online. However the menu posted online is wrong, the server informed the owner likes the change the menu every few months, why? I have no clue. The actually menu they have isn't a dinner menu. It's finger foods and small salads. I was very disappointed cause me and my boyfriend were hoping to have dinner somewhere and were misled by the website and the server. Me and my boyfriend figured we'd drink our drink and have an appetizer then go elsewhere for an actual meal. I ordered a berry drop and it tasted like NyQuil. Boyfriend tried it said it tasted like NyQuil. I bartend and it was the worst drink I've ever had. The appetizer was delicious but not enough to make me want to come back. As a Carson local, I can say places in that rented space never last long so it's only a matter of time before this place goes out of business.

To start we arrived there around 530 (After the winewalk)...we got our food about 645. They are a small plate restaurant but little kid small. Their tacos are $3.00 each and were so tiny, 2 fingers high and about 3 inches. 2 bites worth. They were out of red peppers, no lamb, no soup. The meatballs tasted funny and when I asked about it he said it had Tereso, chicken and beef..no wonder it tasted weird. I checked the menu and it didn't say anything about the meat mixture. He said there is a 3 on the menu, well, I thought it meant 3 meatballs. It was on there like (3). Luckily someone at the table didn't mind that combination. Someone ordered a salad that was a wedge of Romaine grilled and very tough. The steak in thr other salads was super chewy and hard to cut thru. The shrimp and mac was good. Our server really didn't have time to check on us I guess. I had to stop him to ask for more water and out check. He never asked us how the food was. I have no idea how they plan on staying in business. We will NOT be back, too expensive, too little food, very slow kitchen and slow service.

Amazingly unique drinks and great food really made this place stand out! In the heart of Downtown Carson City, this is a gem of a find. The drinks are different than anywhere I've ever been, and the food is delicious. We stuck to appetizers since we had eaten previously, but they were so incredible, and made fresh! The staff was so friendly and helpful, as their cocktails were so unusual. We will definitely be going back for a girl's night out!

Food is terrible. I ordered the hotdog and they were out of some of the ingredients that were listed on the menu, they brought it to me anyway maybe thinking that I wouldn’t notice? But as I stared down at my dried out, shriveled hot dog, on a dry bun, I was immediately disappointed, and the waitress who saw it on my face just hurried off to see about getting me some condiments, which they were out of. Neither the waitress nor the manager who both knew that I was not happy with the garbage food they served me offered any discount on my $13 hot dog. Weird place, never returning.

Food is garbage. I was looking forward to my hot dog but when it came it was missing a few of the ingredients that were listed on the menu, when asked the waitress said "it's not on there because we don't have that." They were also out of mayo so the thing was dry and tasteless. The manager came over and rather than offering to comp the $13 hot dog that I was obviously unhappy with, she offered to put it on different bread, which was weird. In the end they did not discount our meal. Will not come back here ever again.

Not impressed tonight at BBS. Our server didn't know the recipe of one of the drinks that my husband ordered from their menu. The burger was way over cooked (even though we ordered it Medium) and the fries were very old. I ordered a salad, and it wasn't even close to what it resembled on the menu.

What a find for Celiacs!!!!! I'm visiting from Colorado and I only found this place because it was on my app Find Me Gluten Free - they only have gluten free - rice flour breading, so there is no cross contamination in their fryer! I had the lightest crispiest most delicious cheese curds and fish and chips!!!!! And I loved the Brussel Sprouts! A perfect gathering place for your friends who need to eat gluten free, aaaaand those who don't need to!!!!

I'm only giving this place two stars because the food is actually amazing. The service however leaves much to be desired. I was confused why we were the only people in the restaurant at lunchtime on a Saturday. I'm not confused anymore. The bar was quite full and I understand you can't completely control patrons who are loud and obnoxious, however we were very uncomfortable because the bartender (who was also our waiter) was the loudest one. He probably said the F word twenty times in the hour we were there. I'm sorry, but I think that's inappropriate in the middle of the day, especially since I had my five year old and elderly mother with me. I will not be back.

Overall pretty good. The dishes have gotten better since they opened and they do mix a great old fashion. Try the cheese curds....amazing.
