I rarely go out to bars, and I was really looking forward to enjoy my time with my boyfriend and his friend. However, from a third person perspective, the attitude from the owner and how she addressed my boyfriend and his friend really threw me off. As a potential customer, I would have put some money into this business, bought a couple of drinks for myself too, while my boyfriend and his friend talk and enjoy their time. But walking through the door and firsthand witnessing such aggressive behavior really drove me to not go there again, especially after kicking them out for not tipping over a $5 beer.

01/30/24 Came in around 9:30 pm and left around 11:30 pm all because this girl stopped giving us drinks for not tipping her. Not only that but she wasn’t friendly and kept ignoring me wanting to buy more drinks, how is that going to get you a tip. It’s ridiculous but I guess that’s business right. Bad service from that bouncer.

Gayle and I stopped in the other night for drinks before heading over to Sumi Sushi for a Yelp Elite event. CON - If you're sensitive to cigarette smoke, think carefully before you come inside. Is indoor smoking still allowed in Nevada? PROS - Nice neighborhood bar feel, with mixed clientele. Clean and organized. - Gayle's Bombay Sapphire Martini was tasty and strong. - Nice dark beer selection. - Very reasonable drink prices. - Busy and friendly bartender.

Stopped by for a quick drink before heading off to dinner. The place was a bit crowded so I wasn't expecting lightening fast service. Ordered an Old Fashioned and while it came pretty quickly, it was way, way too strong. All you could really taste was the rye, and it was overpowering. The place is nice, nothing fancy, but clean. When I first got a job as a bartender way back when, I made a strong drink for my first customer. He chided me for making it that way. I'll never forget his comment, "If I wanted a double, I'd have asked for it. Don't think you're doing me a favor by over pouring the liquor." I would have preferred a bit more of the sugar, splash of water, and bitters instead of overwhelming it with the rye. Still, the price was very reasonable and the bartender was really nice.

Visited this bar on a lazy Sunday afternoon looking for football. Really clean and nice dive bar! Not busy, but you could bring a potluck item to share. Only 1 game on. I wish there had been more. $5 Picon Punch made by a bartender that didn't need to check a recipe. A real Nevada bar. I had a yummy mimosa, was laughed at by my date for not getting a dive bar drink. I could have had a PBR as well as other draft beers. Bartender was making espresso shots for regulars. Come visit this bar in Carson. It's totally worth it.
