Best BBQ I have had! especially on the West Coast. The ribs literally fall off the bone and I could drown myself in their barbecue sauce. My favorite thing though was probably the pulled pork sandwiches. It's going to be hard to eat barbecue anywhere else without thinking about this place again.

I had Carson City BBQ at an event they catered and was seriously impressed. The food wasn’t overdone or heavy—it was perfectly seasoned, tender, and full of flavor. You can tell they really care about what they’re serving. On top of that, the crew had amazing attitudes: friendly, welcoming, and just good people all around. Great people, even better food. I’ll definitely be back anytime I see them around
