This location in Carson City is always packed with people, however I had a less than pleasant experience here the other day, the girl who took my order didn't hear me or she wasn't listening because I asked for Mac n cheese and milk with the food she gave me fries and no milk... But otherwise the food is always on point and the service is usually good

The people are usually nice but today they're mad because we came to the window to tell them we had a mobile order. He said next time tell them before so they can start the order. Isn't that what a mobile order is? Maybe put a friendlier cashier at the window next time. Just a thought:)

Food is good but they got my order wrong this has happened to me 3x. I don't have time to go back, today I got an extra meal in my bag and last time they forgot the chicken strips. They are quick and the place is always clean. Check your order before you leave the drive through!
Their chicken noodle soup always had pink chicken or looks like someone mushed up some random piece of pink meat and threw it in there last second. Not sure what happened but I will NOT be getting the chicken noodle soup again. Thought I'd try it again after getting food poisoning from it 2 years ago. Never again.

The people are RUDE!!!!! They charge for the chicken fil A sauce, they say you are only allowed to have one for each item you order, and they don’t pay attention to your order, they gave me the wrong order, and made me drive back to get it fixed with no reimbursement or compensation, and they don’t even care or try to fix the thing.
Is it the most amazing chicken ever? No. Is it a better than average fast food place? Yes. Plus, they have a fantastic indoor playplace for kids, so it makes for a nice little family date.
Kid-friendliness: The playplace is indoors, highly visible, and has lots of safety features.
