Took the family for dinner. Kids wanted cheese pizza. The guy came out(not a manager) and said they didn't have cheese pizza. He tried to offer peperoni which my kids don't like. When we said we'll go elsewhere, we got charged for a beer that we weren't able to drink. Next time, have them send a damn manager. My kids like it there but I'm not so sure we'll be back. Also there's a female employee that cleans herself in the restroom before her shift. Not very classy

A Chili's in a convenient location right off the highway.
Right off a road trip, this restaurant hit the spot for dinner with the family. Plenty of seating and during our visit on a weekday we had the choice of seating. Food quality is what you expect from any franchise restaurant like Chili's. Food is brought warm. Several options from healthy portions to basic greasy food. Portions are a bit smaller than typical restaurants of this caliber. Typically what sets these locations apart is really the customer service, and this Chili's was on the mark. We were greeted and our server was kind enough to tell us a bit of some options to do around the area.
Overall, a nice place to enjoy a meal with the family when not looking for anything above the ordinary.
Parking: Parking is conveniently located in front of restaurant.
Kid-friendliness: kid options all children would like.

Generous servings and friendly staff. Husband and I split a three-combo dinner (two orders of ribs and one order of crispy chicken). The ribs were tasty and the chicken was really great! We'll be back!

OK, everyone knows about this 3 for me deal with the burgers for just $10.99, but I wanted to try something different, and it came to me, this Combo BBQ platter with choice of three entree's 2 sides and garlic bread was a killer deal at $25 bucks. Hey., $25 ain't cheap! But it is for what you get!
You could get THREE half racks of ribs, that's one and a half racks for just $25 plus the sides! Regular just one rack these days is $30 or MORE! with NO sides. Other entrees include the Chipotle chickens crispers, and I gotta say those were way better than I expected, crisp, moist and tasty! I'm not a big fan of chicken but there were pretty darn good! Sides include roasted street corn on the cobb or fries or mashed potatoes. The ribs were decent for Chili's, so those were good.
Consider this big combo platter, but do share, it's way too big for one person!

The service was good, slightly slow. Had to ask to have our drinks refilled. Food was fair except for the ribs. The ribs were dry and tough, hardly any meat on them. Portions have gotten smaller. It was clean and not too loud. You could have a conversation without having to raise your voice.

The food was good, but the server was busy and didn’t really pay attention. Forgot to ask one of us what they wanted to drink and then sent over the wrong drink. The poor girl that brought the wrong drink was really confused about it. Someone else brought our drinks and food out. Server stopped by once after the food was delivered. They had slowed way down by then.

Don't go here unless you like to be ignored. Not just by your own waiter, but by other staff too. We were seated, more than five minutes waiting for acknowledgement after being seated. The waitress saw us and turned away several times. It was not busy by the way. Our drinks came within a minute of taking our order and I thought that was a good sign.
I was wrong. The other staff brought out our food, the waitress came by once...asked what I was drinking and was going to bring my refill. Five minutes later, nothing. We tried to get the attention of other staff and they ignored us. I think we were sitting there for ten minutes before she came to see and acted like all was good. Again. They were not busy.
At that point, I'd had it. Would I need to wait 30 for some extra ranch? I will say whoever was doing the running for drinks, they were amazing. They were on top of it but our waitress was not.

The staff here at this location all need raises from the franchise owner. This is HONEST one of the best chili’s I have ever been too, my boyfriend’s soup and beer came out before my soda and chips&salsa. That is not a complaint, they run this restaurant like a well oiled machine. I will be coming back to this location whenever I get a craving for it!
