The spicy pork bulgogi bowl is delicious as are the tofu nuggets!
I love that the broth is separate from the noodles in the to go orders. Friendly customer service and had a line almost out the door (always a great sign). I got the black garlic tonkotsu - perfectly funky. Next time I will also order the kimchi.

Food is always piping hot, fresh, and priced well, with a good sized bowl of ramen and starter under 25 dollars. Customer service is excellent, and the owner is fantastic. The restaurant is clean, calm, and wheelchair accessible. It is primarily a to-go place with some seating for lunch or a quick dinner. The food arrives in under 8 minutes for a quick lunch rush. This is one of the best restaurants in Carson, with consistent high quality that is a huge rarity.
