Chipotle Mexican Grill

I couldn't eat outside because there was a guy sitting at a table tweaking out. I did not feel safe at all. The manager never asked him to leave. A person that is obviously under the influence of any substance should be asked to leave Chipotle's poperty ASAP. Again, I did not feel safe sitting outside. The food unfortunately was cold when I took my first bite.

First time trying Chipotle. Its definitely like Cafe Rio, or Costa Vida. I would same the food is similar to those, prices are maybe a little higher. Service was really good.

Got food poisoning twice this year from their food. Never going back.

Went there last night and I’ve been up since 3am with rough food poisoning. I distinctly remember the sour cream looking runny like soup so that’s my guess. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but naturally I am very unhappy

I eat here 2-3 times a week. The manager is an awesome guy, always has been. But the people who work here are ridiculous. They’re all so lazy and unfriendly. Half the time they act annoyed by taking your order and then skimp out on everything.
Today was the worst I’ve ever seen it. Everyone was trying to get someone else to do something for them and the portions were shit. The girl who was making the food was scraping rice off the bin to give me half a scoop rather than just getting some more for the line.
Not to mention paying the price you do for guac to get the amount I did. People are just lazy and rude here for no reason.

Usually chipotle used to give a burrito I could barely finish it. And this last time the burrito was maybe half the size of the usual burrito. 👎

My Very First Time at a Chipotle Mexican restaurant! I was So Impressed, Beautiful Place, Clean, Lots of tables for its size. The food was Amazing, Very Good, Fresh & they make it the way You won't it....Fantastic! I and my girl got Burrito bowls. Staff was Top Notch....they made it Fun, we ate inside. Look forward to a Burrito next time. The Guacamole was Off the Charts! Chips & Salsa WOW! Can't wait to go back....

Do not order online, just go inside. If you do they will probably majorly skimp you and/or get your order wrong. That’s what happened to me today. It looked like they sprinkled a teaspoon of rice into my wife bowl and the bowl was half full at best. My burrito was half the normal size and was missing numerous ingredients. I went back and they rectified the situation.

The food is also served pretty cold. I live 5 minutes away and the food was ice cold by the time I sat down to eat. The chips I got were definitely not fresh and pretty stale.

I get it, you work a food service job, it sucks. But, it literally costs you nothing to not skimp your customers. Definitely questioning whether I’ll come back here. I should’ve went with my first instinct and got food from a taqueria.
