I go to Chipotle all over NV and CA. Ordered a few bowls here tonight, same orders that I get everywhere else. The bowls were tiny with about half the amount of food that they normally come with. Asked for double rice. Received 1/10th rice.

Ordered a pickup, not only was it late but I was given a slice of onion and a slice of pepper when asking for fajitas, I also ordered double meat which was not nearly even a single portion. Worst Chipotle ive ordered from, this is the 3rd time you guys have been unprepared, usually you're out of chicken and white rice which seems absurd since you can see when something needs replacing. Get it together, train your people, there's no excuse for this.

short caucasian woman with glasses (im guessing manager) was extremely rude and crass. we came in at around 4:18pm and she rushed us, threw the food together, got the order wrong, ignored the options we chose, corrected our english and acted as if though she was paying for put meal. i ordered a carnitas burrito and she gave me barbacoa without offering to correct. my burrito was wer and instantly fell apart. spent $100 and i did get $100 service. Very unprofessional, she was short with the black cook before she dealt with us and had the same attitude maybe even worst! I dont know if we are black presenting but she needs sensitivity training. Never visiting here again. Please do better.

None of the table tops were clean. If we ask for some thing the white lady who was working there, started being rude, like throwing the receipts. And as there were no forks, I have asked for them and waited for 5 min, no response. While I was eating there she started giving looks as if I had made her life tough. Pathetic employee. Food was also not so fresh.

I can understand being short staff but the shift on 12/20/25 between 3:45-4:00pm. Only one person that didn’t seem to want to be there. Barely any of the food were in the serving containers. Literally scrapped off rice and barely any steak, but she literally scooped a full spoon the size of the bowl of sour cream, which might as well should have been 90% of the bowl. The internal temp of the steak even tasted cold. The dining area was filthy and tables were disgusting. I wanted to give this place a chance but should’ve known better. If I could give negative review, I would’ve. All around bad food, service, and atmosphere. Reinforces why big box chain restaurants like this won’t be getting my service from now on.

I have Celiac. Most Chipotle's know how to manage that. This one was a little confused but were happy to take direction. Yay for that! Unfortunately, they are the only Chipotle I've ever been to where you can't buy the kid's bag of chips separately. They lose a star for that.

Love the food but how do you not have enough food for the walk in counter but have it fully stocked for online orders. Wanted brown rice and wouldn’t give it to me from the online online counter. Wanted me to wait 20 minutes for rice…

We usually like this place but this is the second time around 6pm we have been and they were completely out of all proteins. I’m not sure how that happens but my bf wanted chicken and they didn’t have enough so they gave him a little bit of steak too (totally fine) and then up-charged him for a steak burrito.

The line goes down very quickly, but the fact that there is such a long line should tell us something. Fast and friendly service, quality food, plenty of seating, great value for your dollar.

Not enough staff and out of a few items, like no brown rice. They were friendly but clearly frazzled. The place could use some tables cleaned up and floors swept. The food was pretty good as usual for Chipotle though.
