Chipotle Mexican Grill

First time there. Good food and clean dining area.

The staff at Chipotle today 5/3/25 saved the day for my event! They very quickly put together a catering order for 20 people and were very gracious even though it was such short notice. Thank you so much Chipotle Carson City!!!

Since seeing their Honey Chipotle Chicken I have been craving this bowl!
This particular location is small, but all the staff was kind, welcoming, and took customer service seriously with a smile that all felt genuine.
I got the Honey Chipotle Chicken bowl, while hubs got the Steak bowl.
All really yummy and I'm happy I tried it.
We sat outside on their patio seating as it was a beautiful sunny day, and there's more room out there it felt like.
Def hit this spot to hit that hunger spot!

Absolutely terrible. No where near worth the price. Ordered a burrito bowl 1/2 honey chicken. 1/2 carnitas, white rice, cheese, queso and fajita veggies and when I got home and opened it there was barely anything inside it. Not even half of the bowl was filled and I got maybe 3 pieces of carnitas. Extremely disappointing. I’ve never had a problem before

This place used to be pretty good, but not anymore. I did a pick-up order a few weeks that was all wrong when I got it home. I called them and the manager on duty didn't really care, so I complained to corporate. They ended up sending me a buy one entree get one free coupon, which I used tonight. Sadly, the food was even worse than last time. My rice was crunchy and bland, and the herbs in it were brown. The chicken was very dry. I basically spent over $10 for what amounts to 1/4 cup of decent black beans. I won't be returning and I'm removing the app from my phone.

this chipotle is always hit or miss, Today i ordered two burrito that i paid 40 dollars for. through door dash pick up. Got home and no steak in both of them after i got one of them with extra steak. i’m tired of this inconsistency. After paying an extra six dollars for extra meat to not even get it. couldn’t even get a full refund either for it.

I've been to many Chipotle in my lifetime, and I have to say this Chipotle has the most consistency in terms of food preparation, flavor, and appearance. It almost seems like the food is prepared right before I step in the door, THAT'S HOW FRESH IT TASTE at this location! Big ups to the entire staff for making it happen! 👊😁

Great fresh food as always

Incredibly disappointed. Went for lunch today with my kid. I ordered a bowl, chips & 2 cheese quesadillas. With rice, beans, corn salsa, lettuce & protein of my choice, the bowl was only HALF FULL. I asked if they could please add to it, and they charged me extra. You should not be skimping on ingredients, the bowls are that size for a reason. It wasn't even enough to feed a child unless I paid for extra toppings. This has never been the case before. New Management? IDK, but I am probably not going back. Portion sizes are a JOKE. Carson City deserves better. I got robbed.

I had a friend that worked there. She brought me home warm chips, I got spoiled. I wished they made them to order.

We order from here atleast 3x a month from last 1 year.

1. Rice is almost always undercooked.
2. Vegan/veggie people can get surprised with pieces of meat. I got surprised 3 times.
3. They barely ever put beans and fajita veggies.

Clean, fast, friendly. The outside seating is weak though. Could use some improvement.
