The drink I ordered(caramelizer,Decaf and iced), didn’t taste as good as one I got in Reno and I ordered the same thing, They didn’t give me my receipt and I’ve seen the manager and assistant manager act unprofessional. not a fan of this location.
Leaving the experience of their stupid app aside (corporate office issue, not this stand), the coffee and freezes are always great and there is always a group of good characters working there. Always upbeat and positive and they never fail to give me a smile or at least a chuckle.
I usually go to this location because they make my drink perfectly. Unfortunately though today the girl serving me at the window was incredibly rude and when I had asked a question about the stickers they do, she snapped at me and stated “they’re online” and shut the window in my face.
