barista at the window was extremely rude when my friend and i came to the window didn’t greet us, i said hi very respectful and received a disgusted look, no thank you no how are you and when she handed the drinks to us we politely said thank you she said “ya” as walking away not even looking at us. we knew from the moment we interacted that she was being rude this is not who should be representing dutch bros as a barista this is NOT how customers should be treated. i didn’t catch the name but it was at around 9:30AM on 11/16 and she was working the window.

i went through the drive thru and got to the window, the girl working the window at 9:35 was completely rude. my friend waved and said hi, we weren’t greeted with a smile just a “is this all you got” and i said we also had a mistletoe energy and she gave me dirty looks then handed the drink out and i said thank you and she said “yeah”. literally do better i also work as a barista and that’s no way to greet any customer especially when we did nothing to upset you or disrespect you. ditch look into your customer service because it’s terrible.

The girl who opens most days with the mole on her face has an attitude problem and can’t seem for the life of her make anything right. It’s always missing the flavor or the wrong drink entirely. She needs to redo her training or find a different career

I have been to this Dutch Brothers one too many times… Every single time I have been at this Dutch Bros the workers can never get my order right. Simplistic items on the menu are now coming without what is decrypted, as simple as soft top or caramel drizzle. These workers are careless and can’t even fill the cup up all the way! To be spending a minimum of $7 for one drink to not be satisfied or what I ordered is outrageous!! I have continuously been disappointed and will gladly be driving the extra mile to the other Dutch Brothers. I have nothing good to say about this place and if I could rate it 0/5 stars I most definitely would.

Love Dutch bros. Food is great staff is super nice. Seems like management has a staffing issue, as we never normally had to wait aslt previous dutch bros we have gone to but this one we seem to have a bit of a wait as there is always a line and never more than a few people making drinks. Love to see a business thriving though.
