Two very bright ambitious young guys Miles and Emmanuel gave me excellent service and made my day with the two drinks they made for me, 100% recommend coming here their customer service was phenomenal.

Line was not long but it took forever to get two iced rebels simply because an employee or a friend or something was in line. So of course everybody comes out to say hi. The order taker hugged them and then when that person got to the window they had only one drink but it took 10 mins. Our drink was also wrong when we go up there. The other two locations are much better.

I came in last week with my daughter, and these two Hispanic boys were the coolest people we've ever met. While we were waiting for our drinks, they made us feel so welcomed. They talked to us, and made the wait go by quickly. The other time I saw them working together, I noticed that they both add to the atmosphere. I can tell they're a pleasure to that stand. Thank you to Miles and Manny for a great experience. Will definitely come back!

This location is just not it. Only one lane so it can take forever, today the 2 people working had less than stellar attitudes. I had to ask for a sticker and the girl at the window acted like I was speaking in tongues. It was an odd experience all over.

Stopped by on my way to the lake. The girl that takes my order isn’t afraid to let me feel as if I’m bothering her by being there. As I’m waiting for my coffee I hear her bad mouthing me to another employee. I see her put something in to my coffee that isn’t supposed to be in there (if you know what I mean) then shoves my drink in to my hand. Very disappointed. I actually am sick to my stomach

I made it to the drive thru 10 minutes before closing. Nobody is in the drive thru but another car pulled in just before me and orders 1 drink, the kid takes 10 minutes to make the drink and then says that they are closed when I pull up to the window. I've been a frequent customer here but after this I am done with Dutch Bros, 0/5. Wasted 30 minutes to drive out and wait in line just to be told that they're closed.

Usually I get the Golden Eagle exactly as I like. This this it was missing the Carmel at the bottom and I even tipped them, my bad! The guy at the window called out the order correctly and for some reason this doesn't taste like what I ordered to top it off, taste like a coffee when it should be a vanilla Carmel chai...go figure? Got dupped! Hopefully someone reaches out and corrects this matter or probably won't continue doing business there!

We arrived at 10:38pm, we sat in the long drive thru line just to finally get to the window at 11:00pm for them to tell us they are closed. How disrespectful to treat customers that waited over 20 minutes in the line, I won't be back.
