One of our favorite places to have breakfast. The only thing I haven't been a fan of was the salmon Benedict, but I still ate it all.... Carson Skies was.... good and weird and I'm confused (in a good way?) Trying new things is always a fun adventure....Vegetarian options: The menu is clearly markedKid-friendliness: They have a kids menu to keep little hands happy while waitingParking: In downtown carson, lots of parking with minimal walking.

Great food. Staff is friendly and attentive to customers. Drink list is fair however provides selection with out overwhelming choices. The bloody Maria is a must have, nice twist on the regular bloody mary.

This is the second time I've dined at Eve's, both times, the food has been fabulous~taste, presentation with a creative twist. The first time we had to wait a bit for our order to arrive, the meals made it worth every minute. At front dest there was a sign warning of potential time wait due to training new staff as well as overall short staff so we knew what we were in for. They seem to be finding their stride and second visit, fabulous cusine and very prompt service \\u0026 delivery of food. We love this place!

Finally a delicious breakfast/brunch place in Carson! Absolutely delicious! We were a large group and they were able to seat us immediately for brunch on a Saturday. The service was great, drinks were delicious and the food was fantastic! Everyone was impressed, we were even able to meet the owner. Can't wait to go back and try their fresh pasta!

I called at 1:42pm to order something for takeout and was told it would be 20 minutes. I arrived a 1:55pm, 5 minutes before they closed and waited until 2:35pm for my sandwich. Waiting nearly an hour for a chicken sandwich and fries is unacceptable. The sandwich itself, although tasty, was small and the portion I got for $12.99 left a lot to be desired. I may give them another try in a few months when they work out the bugs.

Pro Tip: When the waitress comes to take your drink order, order your meal at the same time.So happy for this place! We came for brunch over the weekend, and my husband and I went for lunch during the week. The breakfast was quite good. Things were cooked perfectly, and the flavors were delicious. We ordered a side of biscuits and gravy and it didn't feel heavy, it felt light and delicious and I don't think I ever had that before with biscuits and gravy. My daughter had the kids Mac and cheese. Although I don't typically like when they order Mac and cheese (cause it's usually the box stuff) THIS kids Mac and cheese was amazing. My daughter absolutely loved it, calling it one of the best Mac and cheeses she has ever had. Food was good so I just know I had to come back for that Alfredo bowl. The Knockout (chicken Alfredo in a bread bowl) is SO good. The pasta was incredibly delicious and the sauce, amazing. Olive garden is way more expensive and serve trash as their Alfredo. THIS is real. If you love Alfredo you have to try this one. My husband ordered the chicken sandwich, idk what it is called, but the only issue is that my husband wishes it were spicy. He said it wasn't very spicy at all. I, on the other hand, can not wait to come back for more of that knockout!

Average-ish. While it was fun to explore a new place in its first week. That was a mistake. They need to go through their paces and refine themselves. The food presented beautifully. Great color, great smell, great portions. But, much of it lacked great flavor. Our group ordered a few things off the menu. The chilaquiles (green) had decent spice to make the nose just start to run, but the beans and rice were salty. The chicken and red velvet waffles presented beautifully, the chicken was so crispy and had a pleasant crunch when cut into. The waffle portion lacked any special flavor. The Biscuits and gravy was very photogenic. I did not try it but was told that they needed more salt. The Bloody mary had issues. After having them fix it. It wasn't any better. I would suggest skip it.Overall: Great presentation needs refinement. Worth a second visit in a few months. Interior looks identical to the old place.

Good Atmosphere, Beautiful establishment, Friendly staff. Menu is a lil MEH. Food presented nicely. Unfortunately lacking of much flavor. Hashbrowns had absolutely no seasoning. Eggs cooked a lil under. Bacon was REALLY crispy. Chefs needa realize a lil salt and pepper at the LEAST go a long way. Ramp up the seasoning and bring some more flavors out of the food. I understand theure new so benefit of the doubt is given for now

Was really looking forward to a new restaurant in town. We waited an hour at a table and ended up leaving without being served

I had every intention of taking a picture of my food, but I just couldn’t put down the fork! Carson City needed a restaurant like this ! Good variety of food to choose from! Definitely recommend and will be coming back soon!

Went with my husband for date night. Very clean and friendly staff. I had the lamb chops special which was fantastic and my husband had the blackened Ahi tuna, which was also very good. We made reservations so there was no wait. We had the blueberry cobbler with homemade blueberry ice cream for dessert and it was delicious! Prices are on the high side but you get what you pay for. Decent portion and very tasty food. We would definitely return but probably only for special occasions.
