I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. It was my first time here and we did not know what to expect, but it was above and beyond! First of all, the owner/operator, Dolly, is truly amazing. She might be the most hospitable and humble person I have met in a long time. I called them today - the phone operator was very unfriendly, said that take-out orders require several hours notice and dine in requires a reservation and that they are booked out for several weeks.
Dolly has created an absolutely superlative menu of North Indian Cuisine. My mother and I lamented the lack of Indian cuisine in Carson and have traveled to both Reno and Tahoe to satisfy our love of Indian food. Finding Flavors of India right here in Carson has been an absolute delight.
