Last two times they have gotten my order wrong. They took it, read it back to me correctly but the order was wrong both times. Fist time they only gave me two fries when I ordered and paid for three, 2 light and 1 regular. Second time I ordered a number 1 with grilled onions and mustard, no lettuce and no tomato. What i got was a double double with no lettuce or tomato. That's it! I will not be going back. Check your order even if there is a line of cars

Finally made it! We've heard this chain is the epitome of fast-food burger joints. I'd say that its very simple menu consisting of three burger options does allow them to be really good at what they do. The sauce on the burgers is unique. I'd say they're on par with fast casual chains. This particular location was insanely busy but the food came relatively quick, staff washed friendly and the place was clean.

Update: Just went back 0830PM on and they got my order completely wrong again. This time they just threw whole grilled onions on it...pretty sure they are supposed to remake it. This is the most inconsistent and worst In-N-Out I've ever been to--this staff has completely lost touch with what In-N-Out is about.
At around 2300 on 12/26/2024 I ordered 2 3x2s, and then in the order confirmation she said "two singles add a patty" and I asked "so those have an extra patty, right? and then I got my order and it was two double doubles. I said no to the receipt which I'll never do again, and went in to get a copy. The guy gave me the cook line receipt and walked away -- not the In-N-Out I know and love -- they usally ask if everything is okay, let alone get the order right. This one is usually really good, but I had a really bad experience this time.
