I enjoy food as a would-be Italiano Etruscan. I enjoy all foods, and sometimes notice things than others don't. I've eaten more than one meal here, which has been sometimes suggested by the staff at my request, other times when I knew I want it.

Bought food and it was sitting under the heat lamp so long the sauce was dried to the wrapper and the paper was stuck to the food and the food was rubbery. I watched them make new food and put the old food in my bag and set the new food under the heat lamp versus tossing the old food and giving me the fresh food. Staff was nice but the fact that they don't rotate out food that has been sitting is unacceptable. Make fresh food and give it to your customers. I would rather...
