Bought food and it was sitting under the heat lamp so long the sauce was dried to the wrapper and the paper was stuck to the food and the food was rubbery. I watched them make new food and put the old food in my bag and set the new food under the heat lamp versus tossing the old food and giving me the fresh food. Staff was nice but the fact that they don't rotate out food that has been sitting is unacceptable. Make fresh food and give it to your customers. I would rather...

The front end was great, I told hey I didn't like the fries so she immediately fix it and got me new ones.. the restaurant wasn't clean and nobody was in the drive thru or front. Tables should be spotless as I was once a jack in the box team lead I know this

Every time I get breakfast they have a guy washing the driveway with high pressure washer and a bucket of soap. This should be done at night I don't appreciate the over spray all over my car. I actually think they are violating the law by throwing a bucket of soapy water on the driveway and washing it into the street. It then goes down the gutter. I've stopped going to this location because of this.
