I was really looking forward to enjoying a drink. But unfortunately, I had a negative experience at the door. As a tourist, I presented my foreign passport as identification. I was denied entry.

Great service. Our bartender was Mike. He was very attentive and friendly to all customers and great sense of humor. Atmosphere was welcoming and inclusive. There are slot machines at the bar, karaoke nights and can accommodate groups for afterwork get togethers or special occasions. No food served but can get to-go or delivered food nearby. This is a cigar bar with a variety of choice cigars and a well stocked bar where their knowledgeable bartenders make your experience enjoyable.

Great atmosphere, and cocktails. Also the slots payout so that’s a plus.

This place really shouldn't refer to itself as a cigar lounge. Comfortable seating is extremely limited. And on the weekends this place has a DJ, tweeny boppers with daddy issues and power drinkers. It's loud, obnoxious and uninviting. You have no ability to maintain a reasonable conversation with anybody. Additionally, the cigar selection is abysmal. This is not the place for a comfortable smoke.

The service was great. If you’re in your 20s you definitely do not wanna go cause there’s all old heads in there. Basically everyone is about 30 to 60. Had someone literally say as I was walking in with my friends “ looks like a high school field trip” the dj was like 50 and played all kinds of high school music. Would recommend going somewhere else if you can. It wasn’t horrible but I say this is your last resort.

That's considering the food prices alone. That's considered cheap. I find it funny that their shots are 5 to 10 dollars, considering a bottle Over price shots, I've had literally an $80 shot of.
Whiskey call Knob Creek.
I understand they want to hire workers, but. Overall, too expensive. They just want you to drink their feeling happy Their tree drink $5. They're cheap drink five dollar Go to the play next door right around the corner

I came in around noon, and picked out a Cigar. The bartender was super nice, and she had a couple recommendations. I was the only there, but it's was well ventilated and a super chill spot to have a smoke and watch a little football. Beer options were decent too.

Had a great time seeing some old friends that I haven't seen in a long time, and I met one incredibly drop-dead gorgeous woman that I hope she will bless me with a lot of great times and good laughs to come our way!?

Jimmy G's Bar in the heart of Carson City is an excellent spot for a night out. The free pour drinks add to the great atmosphere in the bar. The dance floor is is very spacious and the music keeps the place lively. The bartenders are always friendly and professional. Overall, I would highly recommend Jimmy G's Bar to anyone looking for a hell of a cocktail and a good night out long after everything else in Carson City has closed.
