Called in an order for pick up at 725pm on Sunday 4/29, was told it would be 15-20 min, went there 25 MIN LATER AND THEY SAID THEY WERE CLOSED AND HAD NO ORDERS FOR PICKUP. Yes, i double/triple checked which store i called and the hours posted online(which said open until 930pm).

My husband and i went to get a pizza at 820pm I was told by a worker they were closed. I mentioned there hours say closing time is 9pm the girl said that was the other store. I've had more problems at this store will not be returning.

This place doesn't even deserve a 1 star. I believe no stars would be best. Every time I come here, they don't show the pizzas, there messing around, they always forget my sauce, and I ALWAYS tell them don't forget the sauce because the last 5 times you forgot it....After that no sauce, and it's very irritating. I also stood there for 30 minutes straight waiting for a hot n ready pizza. The cashier said it'll take me at least 10 minutes even though it never ended up that way. The main cashier also lied straight to me face. I ordered crazy bread w/sauce, and 2 hot n readys with a soda. After that he says "Oh, i'm sorry we only have cheese pizza, are you fine with that?" And I just say sure. After I pay and walk out and I open the pizzas and there is pepperoni. The people that work there lie to much. Horse play, and they were coughing really bad like they were smoking in the back of the place...They even take there time when doing stuff. People have stuff to do. Not wait 30 minutes for a hot n ready pizza that they pull out of the oven within seconds and say bye. This place is terrible. Some of those guys need to be fired. Established. Don't eat here unless you have nothing to go do or if you want to get ripped off.
