A closer walk with thee

New training did a wonderful job. manager on duty closing up at 814pm store closes at 9. Pastries all packed up. Felt very uncomfortable in store.
I was not offered my pastry that was free. None to pick from. All packed up on back counter.
Very unprofessional of management.

Food and customer service is fantastic as always, however the heat inside that place is horrid. Feels like you're dining on the face of the sun. Im not sure these are legal conditions for employees. NRS codes for employees rights is states no hotter then 86° in an establishment. Could be a lawsuit 🤷🏻

Manager was really nice and comped us a free pastry and remade our order since it was made wrong originally. Satisfied with the outcome!

Was there around 9:40am today with my daughter and granddaughter. The only other customers inside were three gentlemen sitting together. Placed our order through the kiosk. Paid to have bacon added to one sandwich at $2.29 extra and the other sandwich came with bacon and paid to have avocado added at $1.99 extra. Also ordered a bagel and cream cheese, 2 coffees and a milk. As has become the norm at so many fast food and basically self service establishments, I was prompted to leave a tip before finalizing the transaction. As I have been weak in the past and did leave a tip only to be burned by not getting what I ordered or dealing with rude employees, I did not leave a tip this time. Tips should only come after the food has been received. With that said, the hazelnut coffee, which is the main reason I go there, was lukewarm and seemed watered down. When I went to get the food, as they no longer bring to the tables, I had to make several trips as there were three plates and the drinks. Not fond of leaving exposed food on a counter where others are picking up from and generally walking by. At least it was very empty today. The sandwich that came with bacon had none, so had to take it back to be added. The sandwich that I paid $2.29 extra to add bacon came with only one slice cut in half and it was not crispy. The place did seem clean and the girl who added the bacon to the returned sandwich was very friendly and even reheated the sandwich. The sandwiches did taste good too, but not sure all the other issues or mistakes are worth going out of my way to go back to this particular Panera establishment.

I used the kiosk to place my order. I was still greeted by the employee that was up front. I ordered the Oatmeal with Apples and Pecans. It was warm and delicious. I also got a blueberry Muffin. It had lots of blueberries inside was very fresh and also very tasty. Lastly I ordered an Ameicano. I added almond milk and vanilla syrup to mine and it was great.

This place has poor customer service, selling items they are out of, realizing later, then charging more for replacements instead of apologizing and making their mistakes free! Expect to pay double the price for the same food elsewhere. 20 dollars for a bowl of soup and bread. The food tastes good, but was not filling and not worth the price they charge. You’d have to spend 40 dollars per person to just get full here. Panera Bread is a rip off. I will no longer go there, the atmosphere feels very arrogant and self entitled. Plus the tables were dirty and it wasn’t busy at all. I think there was only one other customer there, now I know why. They are more interested in serving themselves and taking your money. Don’t go there.

Whoever just delivered to Carson Tahoe hospital parked in the last handicap spot. This was also a wheelchair loading spot. When I asked the driver why he would take the last handicap spot at a hospital, he said “because it’s 5 minutes”. I told him that’s the reason I can’t get my father’s wheelchair van here. He sarcastically replied “well is he here?”…then walked in with his order. Really bad representation for you.

Walked in, nobody was in sight. Went to have my order taken because it was a complicated order and they never get it right if I put it in myself. Nobody there after 5 mins, then 10 mins, then I could see people walking around in the back, 2 workers saw me standing and waiting, no fewer than 5 people back there, after 12 mins somebody finally came and took my order. If you think I’m exaggerating those times, check your cameras at 3:15 on Monday 2/24. Do what you want with that information.

UPDATE: Got home... and the order is completely wrong. Never did I think I needed to check my order at the restaurant. "Tell the manager" is on your receipt. Why? They didn't do anything about the long wait time, why would they do anything about my incorrect order?
