I've been on the road over a month now visiting bakeries every morning. Paul's bakery is by far the nicest one I've been to in a long long time. Huge variety of breads, pastries and cookies. Very welcoming interior, fast and efficient help... And a really good cinnamon roll... He named San Francisco!!
This location has all the good things about the main location, but is much less crowded. I almost don't want to rate it so it will stay that way! Amazing pastries, close to hwy 50. I had a blueberry scone, perfectly made with fresh blueberries and not too sweet as some can be. I love that we have an amazing bakery here in Carson City! Lots of parking, and some other great restaurants in the same place to choose from.
