Ordered a number five like I always do but they only put two small pieces of thin meat on the entire sandwich. I order from other locations at least once a month and have never had this issue. This location is ripping people off.

Did the drive thru order and got a Turkey and smoked cheddar sandwich. I took my first bite and all I tasted was bread and vegetables. That's because my sandwich came with just one piece of Turkey. Are you kidding?!!!

We stopped here on a vacation because one of the little ones was unable to wait any longer and it was close. They also had painted on the window that they give a military discount. The sandwiches were mediocre but the wait was longer than we expected. We went through a drive through and considered leaving because it took so long. The military discount isn't a percentage, but rather, a flat 50¢. I don't know how many return veterans and active duty they will get with that amount, but it was a nice thought. We won't return.

First time going in great customer service. The food was delicious all the veggies looked fresh. If your hungry and don't want to wait for long time you should definitely try it out. Will be back soon Great job.

The staff could be friendlier the food was well made and tasty the tables could have been cleaner the prices are a little high could be better will return hoping the staff is happier cause when they aren't friendly it brings down the atmosphere ?

Small overworked, $4 more for an XL over Reno, a generally more expensive area. The sandwiches had less on them than any other Port of Subs, I have been to. Though they do offer a Military discount.

I ordered three sandwiches online. They were ready when I went to pick them up, I was early. I live 10 minutes from them but my heated sandwiches were cold. The bread on the sandwiches was falling apart and squished. My husband ordered a pastrami sandwich and it had so much Chewy fat in the meat he couldn't eat it. I ordered a meatball, the flavor was good even though it was cold but the bread was falling apart and mushy. Don't think I'll go there anymore, spent 43$

I ordered two sandwiches I wanted the sandwiches didn’t have mayo or mustard or anything on it that I asked for. When I called, the lady was rude and argued with me my sandwich was so dry. So dissatisfied. People need to be more friendly at this place.
Ever since Rob took over, the quality of service and product has increased several times over. They do a good job of keeping everything stocked, even during bad weather or other supply chain shortages. I'd even go so far as to say they provide the best out of all the Port of subs in Carson.

Quick little sandwich shop right next to the high school. If it's close to lunch time for the high school or the end of the day I would stay clear of this restaurant. They're very good at making quick sandwiches never really had an issue we visit this establishment once a month.
