My husband and I have been several times in the last month, plus I have ordered takeout a couple times. We have had great service when dining in. Everyone is very friendly, food is always great! The takeout order have also been great!

This company is stealing tips from drivers. In the first place, they don't make the delivery themselves. What they do is that they charge their customers a delivery fee and accept their tips, then they funnel all of their orders to Door Dash, and then they withhold the tip and delivery fee from the driver actually delivering your order.
Avoid this place. Scummy behavior through and through.

I like the pizza but the service upset me. The person who took our order told us we should change our order so it would be cheaper not realizing that in fact it turned out to be way more expensive then had we stuck to our original order. Then continue to try to up-sell me with more stuff. I was confused and frustrated. In the end I just paid waited for our food and then left with my kid. Never again will I go there. Yes it's good pizza but to do that to your customers even when they tell you they are confused and still you ignore them is unacceptable. Had I been by myself I would have walked out. Smh

Placing our order was a bit challenging. I believe that the lady taking our delivery order was not fluent in English. But my grandparents who came over from Germany during WW I needed some help, too. So I believe that it's great that Round Table helps people from different cultures working for them. BTW, the food was great!

Absolutely the worst delivery service. Not to mention the absolute worst customer service by Stacy the manager. I called in my order at two in the afternoon to be delivered at 5. Didn’t get it until 5:30. The driver was lost. How lost can you get in an RV park? The pizzas weren’t delivered in the heat bag. So needless to say they arrived lukewarm. And to top it all off the driver handed me a pouch. I thought it contained the cheese and pepper flakes….oh no, it was from the local cannabis store …..I immediately called Round Table to talk to the manager. I was told sorry your pizza wasn’t hot we ran out of heat bags. We have no control who delivers. And with a chuckle “I'm have no idea what to tell you about the cannabis. It out of my hands….” Absolutely pathetic.

Literally the worst delivery service and customer service I have ever experienced. At least three of our deliveries were terrible. The most recent being tonight when the store said I called and said that "because the driver couldn't find our address, we'd come pick it up instead." Flat out lie.
Update: we were told they would void the transaction and not charge the card. They charged the card.
