Service was slow, although not particularly busy. Batistas seemed to be more robotic than human. No real interest was shown to me as a customer wanting to purchase beverages. Not very inviting or welcoming. 😕
This was a convenient stop for me while I was out for a drive. They had plenty of parking and the service was quick. I put my cup in my cup holder and sipped all the way back to the hotel.
I got a caramel ribbon crunch frap that had no crunch and very little caramel drizzle in the cup. I also ordered a drink with oat milk and they used cows milk instead. The workers were very nice though.
