So, the beef & beans are reconstituted from freeze dried product. It gives my family and friends diarrhea. Prices increased but quality went down plus the taco bell closest to me just randomly closes the dining room, forcing people through the drive thru.

The food was properly prepared and promptly served. Pretty much the same as Taco Bells all over North America .

My problem is thatat this location they force you to order off the lobby kiosks: no counter service . I'm a bit old-fashioned. I believe that I am now doing work for free that a Taco employee used to do and that I can add or delete things a lot easier than trying to outsmart a robot.

I know it's not their fault that costs...

Had lunch for work. There's probably good & bad with the whole kiosk thing, takes 3x longer to sift through the menu than just ordering, never got a receipt even though asked/ checked box for one * for example @ McDonald's someone told me if the machine doesn't spit one out, you don't get it. Couldn't tell if burrito had meat even though adding is more charge automatically, tacos got similarly skimpy for prices and add ons and burrito fell apart after...
