Our road trip took us through Carson City and, based on the other reviews on Happy Cow, we chose The Basil for dinner. As noted in other reviews, the wait staff is very helpful and accommodating and they were happy to substitute tofu for meat in any dish on the menu. We were disappointed to find out that they were already out of the Mango Spring Roll appetizers by 7:00 pm. We really wanted an eggplant dish but I'm sensitive to onions and garlic so the regular eggplant dish...
