Went to have a burger but the bartender didn’t even look at me. After I dropped $30 into the poker machine even. Oh well. Been here before and the service was great but it was dead and they couldn’t even take an order for something.

The pork belly tacos tasted like chemicals and liquid smoke i thought it was gonna be like el pastor but it was strange couldn't eat it but I ordered willy dillys and they were huge so I ate that but that pork was wierd I the taco

Some friends and I have seen mice and I haven't really been back since. I'm sad to see this place go down hill.

I love the food! Everything is fresh and you can taste it. Even though I didn't love the bratwurst, I could still tell it was fresh. The fish tacos are amazing. Every meal I've had there has been great and keeps me coming back; it's my favorite place to eat in Carson right now.

The restaurant staff and manager is very assertive and friendly! The food was amazing and the restaurant definitely cares about their customers! I recommend this place!

Ordered the Nashville Hot fried chicken sandwich for lunch. I know they probably can't go too hot for most customers, but my sandwich was not spicy at all. The sandwich was fresh and tasted good. Unfortunately there was not much heat to it. Good food, I'll give this place another try soon.

I wasn’t going to leave a review but I had a change of heart. Not only do you order your food from an iPad at the counter, but you also pick up yourself. Fries not included with burger order, so 20 bucks for just a single patty burger which will be the okest burger ever. But what changed my mind about leaving a review is my wife spent the next 36 hours in bed and near the bathroom because she got food poisoning. Shes the only who ordered the ahi burger and the only one who got sick. So for over a 100 bucks you too can be your own waiter, have an okay burger while simultaneously getting the shits.

I usually love Great Basin, however was very disappointed last night. I asked the host if it would be faster to order to go or to get a table because they were very busy and my daughter and I didn’t mind either way. He said it would be faster to order to go, so we did. She got carne asada tacos and was asked what side she wanted, which was fries, and I ordered a buffalo chicken salad. I stood in the front of the restaurant waiting for about 40 minutes, even though plenty of tables had become available over the course of that time and they were less busy. I truly felt we would have ate sooner if we got a table. When we finally got our bag of to-go food, I checked to see how many boxes were inside just to make sure we had everything. I have ordered the buffalo chicken salad many times and the chicken has always been in the same box as the salad, but it was separate this time for some reason. Since I didn’t know that, I thought the extra box was my daughter’s side of fries. Her tacos hardly had any meat, and after waiting 40 minutes, her side was forgotten by the staff which was really a bummer to find out once we drove all the way home.

I doordash a lot from you guys, maybe the cooks were angry about the order? But this is the 2nd time I have had only maybe 1/4 of the Togo cup filled with cheese. Please offer a more consistent bigger serving or the ability to order extra cheese on doordash.

Had the chicken avo sandwich, fried zucchini, and fish tacos. All excellent. Sides were a wonderful garden salad and sweet potato fries. Not a fan of thin cut sweet potato fries. If I had to pick tfe best of all the food, it was the perfectly done fried zucchini

Had the basin burger. It was amazing! Local beef, the best I’ve had ever! Cocktails are great and everything is well priced.
