This is my second time coming to this Elko site. It will be my last! This franchise facility sticks!!!
No fries, no split top bus, no roost fries (which is the big push item)... I have been waiting now in line for 15 min for food, I really don’t want.
You need a new manager and better staff.
They make you use the driveup then when you get home you don't have the right order
Never get my dressings or sauces !

Jack In The Box offers fast and efficient service with a wonderful team, despite being a bit short-staffed. The food is very fresh, with hot, crispy, perfectly salted fries and crisp, flavorful veggies. However, they were out of garlic butter sauce and the touch pad on the soda machine was temperamental. The parking situation is convenient, with spots directly in front of the building and a large parking lot nearby. While some menu items like the sourdough jack may not always meet expectations, the restaurant's late hours and availability are a definite plus.
