Had a bit of trouble with the order. Turns out it was an error in communication. What was great about it was the manager, Kerry, who patiently sorted it out, offered to fix it, and provided great customer service. Can't ask for more than that.

Bad experience!!! It supposed to be a fast food place.we ordered an they told us to drive around an wait at the door. We had to go inside to get our order right so 14 min later we got our food an left..very unpleasant for us.
I visited the location shortly before closing, (I know, my apologies to the staff on duty at the time for this) I had to wait l, no issues with this, the manager on duty was extremely polite, kind, and never once complained l, she looked exhausted, I dont remember her name (visited 2-15-24 after 830p) I just want to reach out and say thank you, to you and your fellow employees for the very kind service, the best service I've had at this location in awhile, THANK YOU!

No greeting, seemed like they all hated their jobs. The prep for take out was missing the sauce's we ordered. Missing eating utensils. Missing napkins. Hardly any gravy on the mashed potatoes. We will not return to this restaurant.

This was the worst KFC I've ever experienced and will never return.My Fiance waited in the drive-through for 30 minutes only to receive burnt, soggy, and undercooked chicken. We only took a couple of bites before returning it for a refund. Extra Tasty Crispy is a total lie.This wasn't the only time I've had terrible food at this specific KFC. Maybe once in the dozen visits, has the meal been what KFC should taste like.Corporate needs to step in and follow through with quality control. The manager was a bit oblivious to what was going on but still issued a refund without hassle.The building seems nice.

Chicken wasn't cooked completely through.Was saturated in oil.Best kfc is Fernley.Fallon is always oily or out of chicken.

I've never given a bad review before.. but I literally just pushed my spork into a pot pie for my 1st bite and in just that one spork full there were 3 short black hairs (I have long brown). I get one hair occasionally.. but 3 in just a spork worth of food?!? Ewww!

I've been here twice and the chicken is always bad along with the mashed potatoes this time tasted disgusting last time they weren't so bad. Unfortunately there isn't much food options in this town.
