ok, so the crew at kfc (fallon, nevada) is absolutely amazingly outstandingly awesome!!!!! my visit tonight (july 20th) was the definition of what the bar of customer service should be set at, everything that was done was with utmost perfection and timely, they went above and beyond. they asked me to do the survey but I misplaced the receipt.
