I don't hate them. But if you're placing an order for delivery, just go ahead and expect it to take an hour and a half. Don't think I have ever seen them make the initial time given on the app. Being asked at check out if I want to tip just feels insulting at this point.
They were great. I screwed up a preorder and they got it done/ fixed for me asap.
The sandwiches used to be a decent size with a good amount of substance. Now they are itty bitty and we are paying more for them and it had barely any substance. Another issue is that we ordered our bites and such and they did not include our dipping sauces. They treated us well but the food sucked.
