Extremely Disappointing Customer Service
My boyfriend and I were in the city and decided to stop for sushi at a place I’d been to once before. Unfortunately, this visit will be my last.
When we walked in, a woman “greeted” us with one of the worst attitudes I’ve ever experienced in a restaurant. Tonight I had a very not so pleasant experience I sat for an hour with only getting served three pieces of calamari for my son and I, after telling the waiter that I had been waiting forever and no one has even offered to fill our drinks she said your food will be right up and walked away the gentleman next to me called her over politely and said this young man need la a refill referring to my son and his empty drink I was so upset that a year even fell from my eye this amazing...read full review
