The servers were very nice and friendly, but the server was so busy it took a while to order and I never got a refill of wine. My wife ordered fettuccine alfredo and I ordered a steak. Unfortunately her fettuccine tasted like there was no cheese at all, it tasted like it was just butter. My steak plate was OK. The desserts were very good. We don't normally make a fuss of anything, we probably should, so I decided to write this.
Service was very kind. Really wanted to help with whatever I needed. Could have at least agnolaged me while i was waiting to be heped at ckin, I'm am very patient, just at least wave or something! Ambiance was great at night at the hot springs with the snow. The hotel room was ok. It is nice to have some extra amenities that standard hotels wouldn't have. However, the room was not amazing. First night, ate in the bar but a spot in front of the weekend performer. Slightly loud, but we had come in late and he ended at about 8p. My friends ended up having the salmon and steak that night and they enjoyed it. I had a bowl of onion soup. It hit the spot on a cold night.
