Worst Jack in the Box experience ever. Hardly any customers but it took 18 minutes (according to the receipt) to get a burger and some chicken strips, and that's with the manager riding the employees to get their act together after I complained 10 minutes in. The customer ahead of me waited even longer! When the manager finally gave me my food, she just said, "here, thanks... sorry it took so long." Didn't offer any of use anything like maybe a free drink while we waited or anything...read full review
I went there undercover cause I am a famous French fry Chef. It was OK. They corporate need to hire me as French fry consultant and I will get them on track to success,
