I never go to McDonald's except for decaf because they always make a fresh pot for me...which they did here...and they have really good hot coffee.

Its a McDonald's
Satisfied my 5:30am Sunday morning craving! Friendly staff considering it's still dark out.😁 Food was still warm after getting mail + heading home. Couple of breakfast specials: Sausage + Egg McMuffin meal $6 or 2 for $6 sandwich. Great start to an early day!

McDonald's Hawthorne offers a reliable fast-food experience for travelers on Highway 95. The food is fresh and hot, with crisp and warm fries. The Double Quarter Pounder menu is very delicious, featuring fresh burger toppings and flavorful patties. The drive-thru service is efficient, and the staff is friendly. However, the ordering system has been a problem for some customers, as they are required to use kiosks, which can be difficult to navigate, especially for older folks. There is no menu board available in the restaurant, making it hard for some to place orders.
While the overall experience is generally positive, there have been complaints about cleanliness, as tables were often dirty upon arrival. Additionally, the men's bathroom has only a urinal and one stall, leading to waits. Despite these issues, customers appreciated the excellent service, with some noting that the food was prepared well. The location is a popular rest stop, providing a straightforward and consistent dining option, especially when other places are closed late at night.
