M Cafe is a busy restaurant where the service can sometimes be slow, and there have been issues with food orders, such as pasta with garlic despite mentioning allergies. The wait for food can be long, but the chicken parmesan is tasty. The staff is friendly and accommodating, despite occasional kitchen delays. Recent improvements include a new menu and better pasta dishes, which have been excellent. However, some dishes, like the branzino fish, come with small pieces and skin attached, which was disappointing for some customers. Overall, service from the waitstaff is often excellent, and the food is delicious, making it a decent option for a meal out.
