I’ve been a long time customer as M Resort is my local casino. And I hate to write this review because I’ve had a mixed relationship with them but I have to because I BELIEVE in them and they can improve and I can keep going there. Firstly the good, the pastries and desserts are delicious. High quality. The coffee is hit or miss but usually decent for a good price. That part is ok, it’s the SERVICE that’s so awful. It’s not always awful, there’s ladies that have been there for years and they do a great job and this review isn’t for them. Then there’s others that just frankly dgaf. Which I’m ok with, hey, whatever. But this is the second time they went out of their way to be rude and make it an unpleasant experience. Like I want my pastries, I want my coffee, I want to be checked out and go. When you ignore me, when you take the people who came after me, before me, when you can’t get my order right, you’re telling me I’m not wanted at this establishment. And I was relieved to see the reviews that it isn’t just me, recently others reviewed similar bad service. It’s not a one time thing, it’s a place that needs an attitude adjustment. And lastly, please clean the tables and sitting areas. More often than not they are gross.

Called today for cake and coffee. The cashier charged us for 2 large coffee when we got 1 large and I regular. When I mentioned it they did nothing. No refund or apology. Then one of the fruit pastries, think it was called a neopolitan was frozen solid. I took it back to the counter. Again no apology they just said pick another they are all the same price. I asked for the same and was told if ones frozen they will all be frozen. Obviously not fresh. Won't be returning.

I really enjoy stopping by Baby Cakes after playing the slots to see what desserts they’re offering! I got the mixed berry Napoleon, it was pretty good!

Ordered the 2 matcha iced latte today and it tasted like water. It was just horrible. They need to learn how to make their drinks right. I had to throw it out. If I could have put zero would have done so.

This place used to be one of my must visit for coffee and pastries. Not anymore. The Americano is thinner than any warehouse brew coffee. Servers attitude was so bad. After every single item you say out loud, reply was is that all...is that all. With the many pommel in the casing. She pick the broken one and shuffle it in the bag so quickly. When I ask her about that piece is broken and please give me a decent one. Reply was eye rolling. That was not even half of the piece. This is it

Rude staff. This is not the first time, and this staff is always rude. I love bakery here, but every time, this person (her name starts with B) always acting rude to customers. I noticed it happened to the person after me as well. Service mind is very important. I hope the owner will take note. I'm very disappointed.

Greatest pastries in Vegas! I never go to Vegas without a stop at Baby Cakes!! Best ever!!
Love that this is a 24/7 spot which is great for specialty coffee and pastries at all hours.
It stays busy in the mornings (perhaps because there are no coffee makers in the rooms!).
We were there at 5am because we had to leave early for an event and the croissants were not available until 5:30. Bummer but at least they’re fresh - and there were plenty of other options. If you have your heart set on something and have a really early wake up, consider grabbing it the night before.
They have great desserts and ice cream / gelato, making this an all day spot perfect for a treat. There are a few lunch wrap and salad options too. They have ham croissant sandwiches but they were not in the case so we had to ask. No vegetarian lunch or sandwich options were available for lunch.

Visited on 1-13-25 at 2AM. Extremely rude worker. My GF even tipped early hoping it would make her morning a bit better to no avail. People like this should not be in a position to deal with the public. Management take note
