Gelato is unremarkable and easily forgettable. Staff was nice enough.

We're LLV residents and we support The Village businesses as much as possible. Every time we've been to BellaLinda in the past two years of living here (and many more before that) it's been a great experience of great quality and friendly service. Tonight, Celeste (she's helped us multiple times) was by herself and had many customers due to an event. She handled the line very professionally but every other times we've been in there, there were two people working because of the event. She did great but I felt bad she didn't have and help and we had to wait longer which was not her fault. Keep up the good work, we love your business and purposely go to the village for your gelato, shake's and crepes, but please make sure staff matches events planned in the village. Thank you!

Vacation to the resort, bellalinda shop was great service, and very friendly staff that was great.

Refreshing gelatos & sorbets with a great view. Coffee, cookies and chocolate too, if you're in the mood. Very friendly staff (Linda and Belinda, go figure) are always ready to help and offer you a sample or two. The hotter, the bigger!

I visited this ice cream shop today and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The staff member who attended us was working alone, which I understand can be stressful, but her attitude was quite poor. She came across as rude and unwelcoming, which made the whole experience uncomfortable.

Customer service is just as important as the product, and sadly this place fell short in that aspect. Based on this visit, I wouldn’t return.

Unreal. I'm a cyclist and wanted to refill my water bottle but was told no.. that I had to forcefully BUY a water bottle but they have a sink right there! Some girl told me she could give me a water cup and I agreed but then charged me 50 cents under the table. That's where I didn't let it slide. Atleast tell me you're going to charge me the water cup as well instead of trying to be slick. They didn't know they were messing with the Gsus! Health code or not it's not like they drink from it. What's the difference if I went to the restroom and got some. Next time I'll go somewhere with basic customer service. I've been in the middle of nowhere and on top of Mount Charleston and they still give me water there! Other than that the sorbet itself was really good. I got wild berries and definitely recommend it.

Absolutely fantastic gelato, some of the best I’ve had anywhere outside of Italy. I’ll be back and definitely will be bringing my friends here.

Stopped at Bella Linda in the Village at Lake Las Vegas for gelato and a crêpe. Nice little gelato shop and crêperie with a pleasant setting in the village.

Everything we tried was good, just not especially memorable. A decent stop if you’re already walking around Lake Las Vegas and want something sweet, but probably not a destination on its own.
