Exceptional customer service by the lady and her daughter! They explained the menu to us since it was our first time in. The food is DELICIOUS; everything is made to order by the lady & her husband, but worth every minute of waiting! We had a softball tournament in Vegas this past weekend and searched for a wing place nearby and came across Big Mamas. They were so sweet and let us know in advance that it would take a few minutes to get all of our orders out since it was just the parents and daughter. Let me tell you that the food was worth the wait and AMAZING and the family was just as great. Thank you from the Austin TX Rough Riders!!

I was excited to support a Black Owned Business especially when it was recommended. The food was good and the lemonade was super, but the customer service was meh. The cashier that took my order was cold and not friendly at all. Not sure if I will return.
